Element Yoga

We regularly invite yoga teachers from Germany and all parts of the world to our yoga studio in Berlin in order to broaden our and your horizons and to give you an even better insight into the many facets of yoga. It is important to us that the workshop providers share our Element Yoga values ​​and that they are also undogmatic and free in their approach to yoga and life. Classical hatha yoga as well as modern yoga styles and scientific knowledge shape them. Element yoga is a method, not a style of yoga. That means: we look at the big picture, break it down into its individual parts. We learn to understand, balance and develop these parts. These parts are you. And you are more than the sum of your parts.
