Kinesis Gym is a family owned business and no matter what level your fitness is at you will feel right at home. Our fully equipped facility caters for the fitness enthusiast as well as the amateur and professional athlete ensuring that through exercise and nutritional support we strive to provide our members with the tools for optimum performance, fitness and well being that should last a lifetime. We are staffed with Level 3 and 4 Personal trainers, which together with our state of the art resistance, isometric and cardio equipment aims to help you reach your desired fitness goals at an affordable price. Fitness is accessible to everyone and anyone who is interested in keeping or becoming fit and healthy. Every new member is entitled to an induction and a free health assessment from which a free suitable 4 week training program written for them. As all of our staff ( exception of receptionists) are professionally qualified trainers all of our members have access to FREE expert guidance relating to their training regimes and nutrition – we want to ensure we help you to achieve your health goals.
