If less than 2 participants register for your booked tour, the tour will be canceled approx. 12 hours before the start of the tour via email and SMS. We ask for your understanding in this regard.If, based on the weather forecast, it is foreseeable that it will rain on your tour date, we can cancel the tour up to 12 hours before departure. In this case we will inform you by email and SMS. Should it nevertheless rain, contrary to the weather forecast, the tour guide will decide on site whether the tour will take place. In general, the tour is designed so that you can shelter during short showers while driving. On request, we can provide you with rain ponchos free of charge.For self-inflicted damage to the Segway, every participant has a fully comprehensive Segway insurance with a deductible of EUR 250
