At the end of the 1950s Saul opened his first bakery and pastry office on Luis Carlos Vázquez Street, a small place in the Ciudad Lineal district. It consisted of a workshop with a wood oven and a part for customer service.
Shortly afterwards he was able to move to Carretera de Canillas street in the Hortaleza district. There he found a larger premises and was able to install a more complete workshop with a more spacious store.
