Tabteen CPT

Tabteen CPT can cement mortar line pipes and fittings ranging from 3″ to 120″ in diameter. Cement mortar lining services can be offered at both the shop or site, and pipes are either lined individually on berms or after welding in situ. Unlike epoxy linings, cement mortar lining offers chemical protection at the steel-mortar interface, resulting in enhanced protection and a longer service life. If operated correctly, cement lined pipes can remain in service for up to 100 years. Our cement lining products are used in both cross-country pipelines and refinery piping systems. Mortar mixtures can be modified to conform to local specifications – as requested by the client.
